We had a household electrical outage occur during a bank holiday weekend. In panic mode we found ads for 24/7 Electrical. They had good reviews and we made contact. True to their claim, and subject to a callout payment, Alex Green of 24/7 Electrical came out to us very promptly and diagnosed that our Electrical Consumer Unit RCD was broken and needed replacing. He arranged for its replacement, which included checks of our circuits, some of which required significant modification to address ‘broken circuits’ to render them safe. Alex returned on several occasions to carry out the repairs. Excellent service! The work was fully documented with reports and receipts and ultimately a new housewide EHIC certificate. ~ John W

Steve is the only electrician we could get to come to us for love or money on a Sunday evening. We were staying at our daughters home whilst she was in hospital giving birth to our first grandchild and we blew a major fuse which affected all appliances, including heating, fridge, freezer etc. We were so impressed with his speedy arrival and calm manner in which he solved the issue within a short time. I had two wall lights and ceiling light installed. And was very impressed with how the work was carried out. All tidied up afterwards. I also needed an extra electrical socket put in and this was also done. Would absolutely highly recommend. ~ Karen W

Unbelievable service! Had an issue with loose cables inside my fuse board which could have caused a fire so carried out a test, upgraded the board and checked over my smoke alarms. I won’t be using anyone else after using many incompetent tradesmen. ~ Rory F
